My place was very clean when I moved in. Management and leasing office has been very helpful; answered all my questions promptly. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. Very happy that I moved here! Only one slight issue: After about one week, had problem with one of the toilets. Maintenance responded promptly to my request, but said there may be a delay due to higher volume and emergencies than normal. That was 6 days ago and haven’t heard back. But, having 2 other toilets, it’s not a pressing problem right now. Otherwise, very pleased with Cottages at Stonesthrow!

Kloe and Molly did an amazing job helping us move in. I have lived here for a little over 2 weeks now and Its quiet, quaint and sweet neighborhood. My unit has a beautiful layout and I wake up everyday just happy to be here. The location is absolutely phenomenal and I love that i have accessibility to pretty much every store and restaurant. I do have one thing I wish I can fix, just one and its that I wish the walls weren't so thin. My room is upstairs and I could here the people next to me. And I hear EVERYTHING. But other than that I truly love living here and I don't plan on moving anytime soon.

This is a nice place. The ladies in the office are amazing. Molly was patient answering all my annoying questions since I have not rented in a very long time. The maintenance team is fast to react when there is a problem. The grounds are clean and lots of dog spots for your fur baby. Kloe has been amazing answering my emails promptly and answering my questions. I do have to say the walls are a bit dark and they dont allow you to paint. The walls are thin as i can hear everything my neighbors do. I mean everything. Parking is great, the work out area is nice and always clean. You do get some people coming through at night with loud music but not to much. They let you customize your patio area which is awesome. Overall i would definitely recommend this place. I hope Molly and Kloe continue to work here as I feel they make the experience moving in and living here pretty nice.

I have been a resident at Stonesthrow Cottages for a little over a month and we couldn't be happier. I started the process searching online in another state and found Eva incredibly helpful and easy to work with. I was able to do a "virtual walk-through" until I was able to get to Boise to see the place in person. I was thrilled to see that everything in person was as pictured in my virtual walk-through. We had one small issue with our stovetop but it was easy to submit a maintenance request through the Domuso app. The maintenance gentleman responded in a fair amount of time and quickly resolved the issue. The neighborhood is quiet and well kept and all of the neighbors that we have met have been incredibly friendly and welcoming.

Molly was amazingly helpful and present for rapid responses throughout the entire application and lease signing process. Eva specifically took care of the washing machine in a timely manner, which had mildew from the previous resident. The replacement washing machine is fabulous and I am so happy. The maintenance men come almost immediately any time i have put in a service request. They are kind, quick, and thorough. The grounds here at Stonesthrow are fabulously maintained and absolutely beautiful. I could not have chosen a better townhome complex to call Home. My daughter, pup, and I love it here. We are super grateful for how well we have been taken care of by the staff, all the way around. Thank you, Stonesthrow. As a Texan who moved to Idaho, y'all are a step above the rest.

Been a fantastic place to live, transferred to a bigger unit after the family grew by 1, family oriented environment, with plenty of amenities. Staying here for the next couple years, (been here for 3), while saving for a house. At this time the market for a house isn't ideal but worth staying until the market is.

Have been her since May2022 and long enough to see the activities that are offered. Am enjoying the apt., and have only had to have maintenance for minor items. Maintenance was quick to take care of the problem. The management team has been very helpful and courteous in helping and suggesting things to make the transition easier for me. Kudos for Jobe as he has a lot of us to look after. We had our first skiff of snow, and he and his helper were here before many of us were awake making sure that snow did not turn into ice. Stonethrow has been an amazing community and to be a part of, they have everything well-maintained and they’re easy-going. The facilities are well-maintained, any time I have ever needed anything or asked a question - Molly has been extraordinarily responsive ✨✨ big shout out to Molly ✨✨ for her level of communication & in the way that she helps people, she definitely went above and beyond for me when I was moving here. Job is also amazing that he’s the head of maintenance I’ve only any had to get my toilet fixed since I’ve lived here but they definitely treat you like they care they’re very approachable they want to make sure you have a good experience I’ve never had to feel bad or awkward about asking him to fix some thing.

The place is a great place to live. The space is good, the location is perfect, the garage space is great. I enjoy living here very much, but I will say the pet fees are questionable. I understand the deposit, but the monthly fee🤔. The maintenance and upkeep is great, the staff are wonderful, and the people in the neighborhood are pleasant.

Love the staff and the maintenance crew. Eva and Molly are so helpful and friendly and ready to listen to any of my concerns. I have lived in my townhouse for 6 months and I am impressed by how well the grounds are maintained. Dogs are allowed on the property and residents are held accountable for their pets which is good news for some of us who do not have pets. I am impressed by how often the staff keeps the walkways clear of snow and ice making it safe for tenants to move around freely through the complex. So far so and I plan to update my review later this year.

They seriously have gone above and beyond to assist in any way. Maintenance is speedy, friendly and kind. They also do some amazing community events, such as summer bbqs, door decorating, Halloween gatherings and more. They have gone out of their way and it is appreciated! Thank you Stonesthrow!

Our review of Stonesthrow was mainly a good experience! I've left a longer review for those really deciding where to move in the Valley! Pros: Clean, Convenient, Cozy! - you can't really beat being in the center of Meridian. It can get a little hectic getting out of the initial area since it is around Eagle, but it is very convenient and we valued that. The townhomes are also not very old so provide a clean/cozy feel we enjoyed! Also has nice little workout area, pool, and volleyball. Cons: Some ant problems in the warmer weather, more forthcoming in their fees/deposits (if they raise rent obviously as renting goes you have little say), and the other obvious as renting goes you don't know who your neighbors are and are subject to them if they are loud. To explain the last couple: I never understood why they didn't advertise a total amount with all the fees- parking, WST, etc. Anticipate an extra $100-125 a month or so for fees with the rent price. Same with the advertising with deposits. It's more clear later you pay a smaller deposit (unless you pay pet deposit too) because they use almost all of that deposit to clean the place when you move out, despite if you hire a cleaner or clean it yourself. We only lived there a year so it was a little strange for us. I think this is more on the owners than the managers, as it was just a strange process. As for the neighbors we lived there a month and then got some pretty rowdy neighbors who liked to party. We had to go back and forth for a time with a lady named Emily who no longer works there. It was handled somewhat at the time, but was a weird situation. Even though we were told to mention if there were disturbances, the Emily lady ended up questioning us if we had lived in apartments before. I said yes for 8 years- general noise isn't the issue, parties at 2am are ha. Luckily our neighbors calmed down a bit and maybe did it once a month or so. Maybe its an unusual experience/neighbor, but again you don't have much say if they are loud, you hear it. Concluding, even explaining all that, as we said it was still a nice place to live and we enjoyed calling home- those little things would've just made it a 5 star. The staff is helpful and Eva the main manager is pretty straightforward but always helpful and we appreciated her. Overall even though we own now, if we ever needed to rent as long as we had a bit better neighbors, we would and do recommend it.

This is my 4th rental in the Boise/Meridian area (previously a college student, so I moved frequently) and Stonesthrow has by far been my favorite experience. The staff are so friendly, helpful, and I feel like all my needs are quickly met. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and taken care of. The community is quiet and the amenities are excellent. We are so excited to have found a place that we can settle into and enjoy!

This property management is amazing! They always go above and beyond to make sure the community is clean and well kept! They make sure any maintenance requests are dealt with immediately and they respond to emails and calls as soon as possible! Eva and Emily rock! Job the maintenance guy is super nice and makes sure you’re taken care of! They make sure to really keep involved with the community and they hold small events like bbqs in the summer and hot chocolate and cookies in the winter. Have lived in the cottages for the past year and have loved every second of it. Really adorable little neighborhood, well maintained and friendly staff. Emily helped us get into our unit and was extremely sweet and helpful. The maintenance team were always over quick if we needed help and would check back in regularly. There was a small issue with some of the neighbors having their dogs off leash and not picking up after their pets and as soon as the leasing office started to alert people and issue warnings the problem stopped and I appreciate that! Hands down one of the best renting situations I've ever been in.

I love this community because the environment there is quiet and cozy. This complex has an amazing view of mountains from most apartments. The complex is centrally located and is within walking distance to the Village, which has many stores and places to eat. My experience with the Stones-throw management and maintenance team is such that they all work together to make sure that the property they manage and all the amenities are in tip top shape. Issues are always promptly and properly address in a timely manner. The complex is well maintained and gives you a sense that the management cares about the appearance of the facility. I would highly recommend living here.
